 Founded in 1998, Liaoning Baolin (Group) Co., Ltd. is
one of relatively large companies (groups) in China, consisting of
development and design, production and sale of wires and cables.

Co., Ltd. is located in Shenyang City and Dalian Jinzhou Cable Co.,
Ltd., the main production enterprise of the Group, is located in Jinzhou,
Dalian. The Group has 190 sets of special production equipment and 63
sets of special measure and test devices. The Group constitutes an
integral sale network reaching 500m yuan of
annual turnover. Under the sale corporation there are Beijing branch,
Shenyang branch, Harbin branch and Dalian branch. The distribution
center of Liaoning Baolin (Group) Co., Ltd., located in Beiliguan,
Shenyang City, covers 30,000
 area, forming a large material
distribution platform. Now it is the largest store and distribution
center of wires and cables in the Northeastern region of China.
 Since the foundation of the Company, it has set up a long-term
cooperation with well-known Shanghai Cable Research Institute and
universities and colleges in China. Currently, it has 435 employees,
among them there are 86 persons with the titles of medium and high
technical occupation, accounting for 22% of the employees; 91 persons
with the diplomas of university or college, accounting for 25% of the
employees. The certificate of China Electric Product, IS09001 of England
Lloyd's Quality System Certification and China Compulsory Certification
(CCC) were granted to the products developed and produced by the
Company. In order to make the products enter into the international
market, the Company now has obtained the right of import and export
himself. The trademark of Baolin has been registered in China National
Bureau of Business Administration and was awarded Liaoning Province
Famous Trademark in 2003. The Company has got a lot of honors such as

Currently there are 8 categories, 30 series, 81 types and 460 different
size wire and cable products in the Company. The main products of the
Company are as follows: 35 kV and below 35 kV cross linking polyethylene
insulation power cable, full plastic power cable, control cable, U shape
mineral insulation power cable, 10 kV and below 10kV overhead insulation
cable (wire), Aluminum Strand Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR),
aluminum twisted wire, mild water cross linking, flame retardant,
fire-resistant, waterproofing, high temperature resistant, no halogen
and lower smoke cables, shield cable, computer cable and rubber cable.
Under the IS09001 quality guarantee system and led by deputy chief
engineer for the after-sales service, the Company strictly organizes the
production, carrys out the process of control and is responsible for the
quality of the products. For many years, Liaoning Baolin (Group) Co.,
Ltd. provides a lot of products manufactured by the Company to the
State's key projects such as the modernization of urban and countryside
grids and the construction of power plant, Anshan Iron and Steel
Company, the modernization project of Benxi Iron and Steel Company,
express railway from Qinhuangdao to Shenyang, electric modernization of
railway from Harbin to Dalian and so on. A better evaluation was given
